Invite students looking for a career in the health care industry or as a health care professional to Shocker Career Accelerator’s Health Professions Career Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 22 in the Beggs Ballroom, 305 Rhatigan Student Center.

The career fair is an opportunity to meet one-on-one with representatives/recruiters about their organizations and available opportunities. Students can register via Handshake.

Business dress is recommended, but scrubs are welcome if students come from labs or clinical. Students should bring a copy of their resume and their Shocker ID.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to find everything they need for their next interview, career fair or new job, including suits, dresses, sport coats, dress pants, shoes and accessories.

The event will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5 at JCPenney in Towne East Square. Show a Shocker ID and receive up to 50% off select professional dress apparel.

Faculty and staff are invited to the Shocker Career Accelerator’s (SCA) Fine Arts Career Mixer 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15 at the McKnight Art Center atrium. This event is a networking/mentoring event for students to learn about local artists’ career journeys and opportunities available in their degree paths.

For the event, SCA tracks student attendance and can provide all faculty this information to provide extra credit for their students.
