Sign up for CLSS schedule building trainings in July

Get ready to build the spring 2027 schedule of courses by registering for a CLSS schedule building refresher or full training through myTraining in myWSU.

  • The next CLSS schedule building refresher session will be held virtually from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 7 via Microsoft Teams. The optional session is available to schedule builders who have already completed a CLSS schedule building full training session.
  • The next CLSS schedule building full training session will be held in person from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 8. New schedule builders are required to attend a full training session before receiving access to create new sections or edit existing sections for their departments.

Information for final exams

Faculty can review the final exam schedule available from the Registrar.

Final exams should be held in the same room assigned to the class during the time slot listed on the final exam schedule. Any deviation from the room or time should be coordinated with the Registrar’s Office ahead of time to avoid conflicts with other classes.
