This role supports the development and delivery of training programs and instructional content for employees who use various WSU systems like Banner, CourseLeaf and more. To be successful in this role, applicants must have a passion for providing great customer service and an eagerness to empower WSU employees with high quality trainings and software guides.

The University Staff Senate has established a scholarship to support the advancement of WSU staff and their dependents. Staff members or their dependents beginning or continuing their first bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply. This scholarship can be combined with university Tuition Assistance and other awards and can be used for tuition, books and fees.

As part of a continued initiative to increase the security of university data and improve user authentication processes, the way that faculty and staff login to WSU Reporting is changing. In the coming weeks, employees will be prompted to enter their myWSUID@wichita.edu as their username and continue to use their current WSU password. Employees will also be prompted to enter a 3-digit code into the Duo mobile app when logging in.
