Short wellness breaks can reduce stress, improve focus and support overall wellbeing, making this a great chance to step away from studying and return feeling refreshed.

Admins Coming Together (ACT) invites administrative professionals to bring their lunch and get to know each other, discuss future meeting topics and talk with fellow administrative staff at noon Tuesday, Sept. 22 in 265 Rhatigan Student Center, Lucas Room.

ACT was founded in 2024 by retired WSU administrator Angela Linder to help administrative professionals connect, share resources and support one another and has sponsored presentations by Human Resources and the WSU Foundation and Alumni Engagement, developed a supervisor checklist and continues to provide valuable information and networking opportunities for administrative staff.

The WSU Success Teams are back with another Prehistoric Pep Rally to boost your midterm motivation with music, dancing dinosaurs and words of encouragement from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 on the north patio of the Rhatigan Student Center.

The Case of the Missing Grades: an interactive study skills workshop.  A Shocker's grades have mysteriously vanished and it's up to you to crack the case.  9/24 (Wed) from 2 PM to 4 PM (a "drop in" workshop) at Ablah Library. Students can join Student Success and University Libraries for “The Case of the Missing Grades,” an interactive study skills workshop. Students will interview Study Skills Suspects (played by WSU faculty and staff), solve mini puzzles, collect clues and work together to crack the case.

Encourage students to drop in anytime between 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Ablah Library. The event combines mystery-solving fun with practical academic success strategies.
