Degree Works unavailable July 8

Degree Works will be unavailable Wednesday, July 8, due to scheduled maintenance. Students, faculty and staff who may need access to degree audits during this time are encouraged to save audits in advance.

Degree Works will be down for scheduled maintenance part of Aug. 27

Degree Works will be unavailable due to planned maintenance from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27. During this time degree audits and SEP plans will be unavailable. If you need access to audits during the outage, plan ahead by creating PDF files. Contact Sally Fiscus in the Registrar’s Office at 316-978-7279 with questions.

Degree Works will be down for maintenance June 20

Degree Works audits will be unavailable Friday, June 20 for planned upgrades. Staff, students and faculty can expect Degree Works to be available by 5 p.m., but upgrades could last until Monday, June 23.

Degree Works maintenance moved to June 18

Degree Works (degree audit) will receive a necessary software upgrade Tuesday, June 18. It will be unavailable starting at 8 a.m. and should be restored by 5 p.m.

Degree Works undergoing maintenance today

Degree Works audits and plans will be unavailable today, July 29. During this time, Information Technology Services and the Registrar’s Office will complete upgrades to the auditing tool. Service will resume Monday, Aug. 1.

Degree Works outage Sept. 3 for upgrade

In an effort to keep software up-to-date and functioning optimally, Degree Works (Degree Audit) will be down Friday, Sept. 3. Service will be restored no later than 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 6, but may be sooner depending on the process.

As a minor upgrade, the appearance of Degree Works and the majority of functions for end users will remain the same. Please direct any questions to Sally Fiscus in the Registrar’s Office at 978-7279.
