Salsa Workshop hosted by the Student Activities Council. Wednesday, October 7th, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Heskett Center. All skill levels are welcome, and no partner is needed. Registration is required by September 30th.

Join the Student Activities Council for a salsa dance workshop from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7 at the Heskett Center. All skill levels are welcome, and no partner is needed. The workshop will be hosted by local instructors.

Spots are limited, so register by Sept. 30. Come and learn some salsa moves and have fun.

Unwind with a Breath Yoga session conducted by Through Breath Yoga and express yourself by creating a Positive Intentions Box with Soul Verse Collective, LLC. This experience focuses on mindfulness, stress reduction, and reflection. Light snacks provided.
