Faculty, begin submitting your Test Information Forms for your students who utilize the Office of Student Accommodations & Testing (OSAT) for exams. You do not need to wait for your first exam to submit the forms. Forms are necessary for students to make appointments in a timely manner. You can access the online form on the OSAT website.

You may use same link/form for any make-up exams you have have during the semester. And remind students all exams require an appointment, OSAT does not accept walk-in testing. Exams are scheduled through registerblast.com/wsu

If you need to make-up a missed exam or you receive testing accommodations, Testing Services can help.

1. Visit www.registerblast.com/wsu.
2. Use the drop-down boxes to select and schedule your exam.
3.  On test day, check-in at Grace Wilkie Hall, Room 320 Photo ID is required.

It can get busy in Testing Services, so appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and only available if space and time permit.

Testing Services at Grace Wilkie Hall will close at 5 pm Wednesday, March 16 and will reopen at 8 pm. Monday, March 21 for a staff spring break. For more information, contact 316-978-TEST or testingcenter@wichita.edu.

Due to the increase in exam traffic during mid-terms, Wichita State’s Testing Service at Grace Wilkie Hall will require all students to have appointments before arrival. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Please also note the following:

• WSU’s Testing Service hours are 8-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Early morning or evening appointments are available if notice is provided  72 hours in advance and if staff is available.  Testing outside of business hours is not guaranteed.
• A photo ID is required to test at the center.
• The make-up exam fee is $10 per exam unless a student is registered with the Office of Disability Services.
• Video cameras are in use at all times at the testing center.

We ask for your patience during this busy time, and we thank you for allowing us to help you with your exams.

To make an appointment please visit the WSU Exam Registration website or email testingcenter@wichita.edu. Emails will be answered within 48 hours, so students are advised to use the WSU Exam Registration website for same-day or next-day appointments.

Testing Services will close at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 for staff training. Please call 316-WSU-TEST with any questions.
