Poster for Fiber Night on April 19th

Interested in learning how to knit while creating your own headband? The Threads Club is hosting Fiber Night at 6 p.m. Friday, April 19, where attendees can socialize with other fiber artists of all levels.

The event is available for the first 15 people who RSVP. Materials and refreshments will be provided for those who RSVP.

The Student Ambassador Society (SAS) is hosting a virtual informational about the organization at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16.

SAS is an organization of students that volunteers with the Office of Admissions to talk about the shocker experience and why they chose Wichita State. Students who are in the organization help with Black and Yellow Day, Shocker Saturday, admit receptions and many other WSU admissions events.

Wichita State’s Student Ambassador Society (SAS) is accepting applications for the 2023-24 academic year. SAS, supported by the Office of Admissions, is a community of selfless, hardworking and involved students from all areas of campus who seek to give back to WSU through service to others.

Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on March 1. For more information about SAS or the application, contact the SAS VP of selections at sasvpselections@wichita.edu.
